2. Recent family photo (4×5 cm) consisting of the student, father, and mother
3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the student
4. Proof of ID: Student’s Aadhaar Card
5. Proof of ID (Both Parents): Aadhaar Card
6. Proof of Residence: Telephone bill, electricity bill, passport, or rent agreement
7. Baptism Certificate (applicable for Christian students)
8. Student Caste Certificate (attach proof if applicable)
9. Medical Certificate (mandatory in case of disability)
10. Previous Year Markesheet (applicable for students applying for Std 1st and further)
